The vision of today was born on a dark night when four star gazers gathered on May 13, 2024 outside of Gold Hill, Colorado to view the Northern Lights.  Once before, there was a recorded Northern Lights display over Gold Hill known as the Carrington Event of 1959 also the year the first gold nugget was discovered outside of Gold Hill.  The four strangers who gathered that night are John Keller, Marion Murphy, Shelby Kaminsky, and Patrick Silas.

The Beauty and Majesty they witnessed together cemented their connection to what is now a deep bond of friendship formed by Divine Intervention, the very same intervention key to ferrying all of Earth's elements from Outer Space to populate all that is essential to supporting life on Earth.  This connection spawned the idea to create an event, the first of its kind, specifically for the Flatiron Farmer Coalition, farmers and their members who support the organization.
